Back To Home - Playwriting Workshop

Starting September 10th, our teen program is hosting a free playwriting workshop for High School aged students. There is limited capacity and advanced registrations is required. Our very own Austin Bennett will lead this workshop.

Here's the workshop information:

-10-week intensive

-First four weeks are all creative/playwriting skill building and exercises.

-Remaining workshop time is reserved for writing/workshopping original pieces.

-Each student will take the role of a fictional, well-developed, original character. Students will collaborate together to bring their original characters together in a one-act length production that will be framed by the program director.

-Performance is on November 12th, time TBD.

Ages 14-18
Saturdays, 1:30-3:30 PM

*At this time, we are not requiring face coverings for our fall workshops. We encourage students that are not vaccinated, to wear a face covering. We will continue to follow CDC guidance and will make changes as appropriate.
